TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To reserve the date, a deposit of 30% of the total service is required, which is non-refundable (70% remaining on the day of the session). The date is only reserved once the advance receipt has been received.

The material will be delivered 15 to 20 days after the event.

In case of accident, illness, or bad weather, the session can be rescheduled WITHOUT a penalty.

SELECTION OF IMAGES.

Depending on the session, the selection can be made through a virtual gallery or on-site. Once the client makes the selection, it will be taken as the final selection and no image changes will be allowed. If the client does not make the selection within the allotted 2 WEEK period, the gallery will be blocked and reactivation HAS A COST of $30

All orders must be canceled at the time they are placed, as well as additional photo orders.

IMAGE RETOUCHING.

The image retouching process consists of color calibration, density, contrast, and basic skin retouching. Any other aesthetic changes, repairs, or changes in locations may incur additional charges, depending on the editing time required for the image. The images have been carefully retouched according to the eye and style of the photographer, so we ask you not to change their appearance with strange filters that affect the artistic quality of the photographer.

STORAGE OF IMAGES.

The protection of the final digital images is guaranteed for 1 year with cloud storage, however, the client is recommended to make backups of the digital images and save them in different places, as well as in their clouds, in addition to making a backup printed physical.

REPEAT OF THE SESSION.

If the client does not arrive prepared for the session (makeup, hairstyle, clothing combination, etc.) and wants to repeat the session due to any change in physical or aesthetic appearance, 100% will be charged for the next session since the fault does not belong to the photographer.

PUNTUALITY.

The client understands and accepts that he must arrive 15 minutes before the agreed time.

For example, if the agreed time is 9:00 am, the client must arrive at the location at 8:45 am to start at 9:00 am.

If the client arrives 15 minutes later than the agreed time, THAT IS IF THE SESSION STARTS AT 9:00 AND ARRIVES AT 9:15, those 15 minutes will be subtracted from the photo session time.

CANCELLATIONS.

Suppose the client cancels or reschedules with less than 72 hours or does not show up for the session. In that case, they will lose the 30% advance and to reschedule, they will have an additional 40% surcharge on the total value of the session (unless it is one of the exceptions mentioned above).

USE OF IMAGES.

In the case of family sessions, pets, social events, and graduations, they will be for personal use for the client, they will be able to share them on social networks, and if they have the negatives they will be able to make their own prints. They may not be for commercial purposes.

Copyright is inalienable, so Alexis Harguinteguy retains the copyright on all images created during his sessions.

PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE.

The photographer reserves the right to create images according to his style and professional knowledge of the technique. The client has previously reviewed her work and accepts her creative ability. The client knows and approves the photographer's photographic style and delegates all artistic and aesthetic decisions to the photographer.

All deliveries are made against cancellation of pending amounts.
